Welcome to Flair Modeling.com. I hope you enjoy your stay.
Modeling might seem easy, but--if one thinks about it--just about everything seems easy before you try it. In reality, modeling is no different than any other career choice you might make. It takes hard work, long hours, discipline, and dedication. But don't let this bring you down. Modeling is a wonderful way to express yourself, and to gain the self-esteem and confidence that you have deep inside. Before I start sounding like an after-school special, why don't we skip to the business?
Flair Model and Talent Agency was founded in 1957 by Marie Sarkiss, owner and director of Flair, making it one of the oldest agencies in Arizona. As a model at Flair, I can truly say that there is no better place for a young aspiring model/actor to make their start. Sure, it's a start from the bottom, but it's well worth it once you land that job.
Before you get too far ahead of yourself, know that your physical appearance is only half of what a model is. Believe it or not, models must know how to speak, make a good impression, walk, pose, and move in front of a camera. With being a model, some acting will come with the territory--commercials, promotions, sometimes even t.v. and movie appearances. Needless to say, you can't be camera shy.
Well, now that I've given you a basic synopsis on the surface of modeling, feel free to look around. This site was put up to educate you about our agency, so please explore for more information.
